Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we accept returns and exchanges as follows:

Returns & Exchanges (No Defect)

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and all accessories.

  • Exchanges will be processed only if the requested item is in stock.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges (Product Defect)

  • If a product defect is confirmed, we will promptly arrange a repair or replacement.

  • For verified initial defects, return or exchange will be handled free of charge.

Warranty

All Nikomak products come with a one-year product warranty from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs during normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Covered:

  • Malfunctions or failures due to normal use under proper conditions

Not Covered:

  • Wear and tear (e.g., cables, speakers, key surfaces)

  • Damage from misuse, drops, water exposure, fire, earthquakes, etc.

  • Issues caused by modification or disassembly

  • Missing or incomplete warranty card (e.g., no purchase date or retailer name)

  • No purchase proof (e.g., receipt or screenshot of order)

  • We will provide instructions and return address if necessary.

  • Repair duration may differ based on the issue.

  • Loaner units are not available.
